1. Nature of Service
ShadiGo is an online matchmaking platform designed to connect individuals seeking marriage within the Pakistani community. We provide a digital space where users can create profiles, browse other profiles, express interest, and request contact information of potential matches. ShadiGo does not guarantee matches, marriages, or any specific outcome.
2. How the Service Works
- Profile Creation: Users register and create a profile with personal details, photos, and preferences.
- Browsing: Users can browse other profiles based on filters such as age, education, profession, and city.
- Expressing Interest: Users can send interest requests to other profiles. The recipient can accept or decline.
- Contact Access: Premium members can view contact details (phone/WhatsApp) of profiles whose interest requests they have accepted.
- Communication: All further communication between users happens outside the ShadiGo platform via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
3. User Verification Disclaimer
Important Notice:
ShadiGo is a matchmaking facilitation platform only. We do not conduct background checks, criminal record verification, financial verification, or any form of physical or in-person verification of our users. The final and physical verification of any profile — including identity, character, financial status, family background, and marital eligibility — is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer themselves. ShadiGo shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation, fraud, or harm resulting from interactions between users outside our platform.
4. Service Delivery
Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment. The services provided include access to profile browsing, interest sending, contact viewing, and other features as described in the selected membership plan. All services are delivered digitally through the ShadiGo website.
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other users
- Do not share personal or financial information with unverified users
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to ShadiGo immediately
- Conduct your own due diligence before meeting anyone in person
6. User Safety Guidelines
Your safety is important. Please follow these guidelines when using ShadiGo:
- Never share financial information, bank details, or send money to anyone you meet through ShadiGo
- Always meet in a public place for the first few meetings
- Inform a trusted family member or friend about your meeting plans
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, stop communication and report the user
- Verify the person's identity through multiple channels before committing to any relationship
- Do not share sensitive personal documents (CNIC, passport, etc.) with anyone on the platform
7. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you encounter any suspicious profiles, fraudulent behavior, harassment, or any activity that violates our community guidelines, please report it immediately. You can:
