All payments made to ShadiGo are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.By purchasing any premium membership or service on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be entertained, regardless of the reason.

This no-refund policy applies to all payments made on ShadiGo, including but not limited to:

• Silver, Gold, and Platinum premium memberships
• Any add-on services or features
• Payments processed through any payment gateway (including PayFast)

3. Service Nature

ShadiGo is a digital matchmaking platform that provides access to profiles, contact details, and premium features immediately upon payment. Once your payment is processed and premium features are activated, the service is considered delivered. As such, no refunds can be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or decision
• Dissatisfaction with matches or service
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• Failure to find a suitable match
• Technical issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe
